A little bit about me
I believe in printed photographs. BIG ones are my favorite, but I have albums full of regular snapshots, too. I was already an avid picture-taker, but when I lost my husband, those photos became priceless treasures. Even though we have lots of pictures, I still wish we had more. And I wish I could impress upon everyone that they shouldn’t wait for _____ (fill in the blank: lose 10 lbs, Johnny’s tooth to come in, or whatever reason you can think of) to get portraits done with their kids. Especially if you are the one that usually documents your family’s everyday moments. How many photos do you have with you in them (not counting selfies)?
What else should you know about me?
-
- I am pretty sure I have the three best kids on the planet.
- I always considered myself to be a cat person. Until we got our dog. LOVE her!
- I’m not much of a TV person, but if I’m watching, then I’m probably streaming NCIS.
- There are two places I feel at peace – singing in church and paddling a kayak.
- I love all four seasons. Yes, even winter!
- I also love teaching. I teach digital photography at Lake Center Christian School, lead a women’s Bible study and I teach a Beginner Photography workshop for adults a couple times a year.
