Introducing Kinsley Joy! Isn’t she the cutest? Her mommy brought her in for newborn portraits when she was 10 days old.
I think there might be something to that “growth spurt at 10 days” idea. She was so hungry! And that’s why I schedule a few hours for newborn sessions. I rarely need the whole three hours, but I do that for the occasions when baby just has a harder time getting settled or is nursing frequently. The upside of having a more alert baby are the cute wide-eyed shots, and her mom was glad we were able to get some of those in addition to the normal sleepy photos.
